shimmering and beautiful
behind her smile
so radiant and full
she sends a message
and decieving it is...
for behind her smile
so contagous and catchable
is a broken heart, a saddened soul
where deep inside tears fall
emptiness and sorrow through her heart burns a hole
for happiness is only at the surface of her smile
catchable yet untruthful
hopeing and praying
someone would notice and see
deep inside her secretive eyes
and the defining marks on her face
and see the way her cheeks fall
so delicate and fragile
and long to touch her soft face
and ask if they can sit and stay
for a while and talk and show interest in her cover up
and shed a tear or two
so she might not have to
and ask her if she wouldnt mind unhiding
and show that rare beauty
of deep love and hurt and vulnerability

---------------

is there someone out there
that is willing and does care?
that would want to uncover my broken smile
and ask to stay for a while?

the sentance that says
"for a while and talk and show intrest in her coverup" is supposed to be two sentances...

its suppose to go like this:
for a while and talk
and show intrest in her cover up:)

sorry it was just bugging me...
