That letter messed me up
And I have a clue why
Im still attached to her
My feelings didnt die
I told her I was sorry
And that I was done with her
But as it always happens
I was sad for saying those words
I told her that I wouldnt write
And I dont expect a letter back
Though its beginning to feel weird
Because all her love is what I lack
I sing Pathetic
For I know I am
I would really like to see her
But I dont think I will again
So I reminisce
To pass the time
Because now all I am
Is everything but fine
The days come and go
And Im getting weak
The only cure that could save me
Would be if I could hear her speak
But shes so far away
And out of my life
That last letter messed me up
And thats why

Oh yes, you know, you really said some valuable things here, very heartfelt write. I like the title, and the poem.. it flowed really well, the way I read it. Good job too. I read poems slow, I dont want to miss a beat.
