NOTHING REAL

I try to trust myself
but I cannot find
why nothing seems real
is it all inside my mind?
all these things they tell me
none of it makes sense
the confusion slowly gets to me
so I'm always on defence, the things I try to understand
they kill me from inside
I said I understood them
but is wasn't true
I lied
I don't know
what the point is
chasing what is real
life is all an illusion
so i guess I'll never feel
