My Lord, I am so stubborn, I will not reform, tired and forlorn, Yet open and reborn, I've come to pawn, my brains, my body, my all, my lord, so many twist your form, Yet I am stubborn I will not conform to their train of thought, I feel my soul is perhaps a part of your plan, but I will not use your essence, to feel superior to my fellow man, to you alone I place the praise, to you alone I place the blame, no false idols can replace, still I separate you from my state, and with others I seldom pray, but I give you every word, My Lord.
