[title] => 20 Beautiful Acres Filled With Heavenly Trees
[time] => 2006-03-03 18:30:07
[hometext] => This poem is about me and my boyfriend. I love him to death and we have promised each other forever but sometimes doubt floods my mind. This poem reflects the way i feel from time to time. Hope you like it. Please comment, i'd love to hear your opinion
[bodytext] => It's like my heart is stretching, Farther than it can bare. Through the streets of Bakersfield Right up through the polluted air I long for you to be near To cradle this fragile body of mine I need you to look at me and say Our love will not fade with the time But even if i heard those words Would i truly believe? I can't stop thinking about the future And what it holds for you and me I sometimes dream we're married Just like you said we'd be On 20 beautiful acres Filled with heavenly trees Yet sometimes i tend to dream You'll leave me here all alone With no one to say "I love You" And a heart made out of stone I only wish i could believe All the promises you make But my mind is full of doubts I guess i'll have to leave it to fate [comments] => 1 [counter] => 196 [topic] => 21 [informant] => Ineedanap [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )
