Hearing her voice.
Seeing her smile.
I felt these feelings inside.
Feelings I never knew.
“How can life get better?”
I asked myself.
Then I answered, “It Can’t.”
Then from the great.
An unfamiliar shadow walked in.
Never before seen.
But it changed things, definitely.
After the shock of the Joining.
What felt worse?
Knowing I lost…
-Or-
Knowing I could’ve won.
A relationship gone so good.
Gone so wrong.
In the blink of an eye.
My world.
Turned and burned.
Didn’t think I could ever face the day again.
A fatal blow.
That brought me to my knees.
Felt the darkness encompass me.
Raping me in a cocoon of hatred and pain.
For this was my life now.
Unable to break my shell.
Until. A shining light fell upon my darkened world.
An angel who picked me up from the ashes.
And put me back on my feet.
Where I rose above the pain, above the hate.
For today I am a stronger person.

The greatest feeling in the world.
Hearing her voice.
Seeing her smile.

I have tears in my eyes right now and i am not lying about that. I love you so much. I'll never really know what you went through and how much pain that you had endured because i am not you and i will never know.. Just like you will never know exactly how i felt when all that happened with joe. I was going to throw my life away. I mean yeah i cut and it would have been so easy to just let go of everything.. to be able to let go of the pain but i began to realize that i had some little little purpose in this life and i stayed and the pain was actually what had kept me going..
I know that she hurt you and that it left you with so many different emotions that killed and ate away at you.. I am always gonna be here for you no matter what. Through thick and thin for better for worse.. I will always love you for as long as i live..

I have to comment on this AGAIN. I love this poem. It is so sad but yet beautiful.. It makes me tear up everytime I read it.. You should try writing more poems like this..

AND i want to say that I love you.. You have made me a better person, you have opened me up again and cracked my shell that i was drowning in.. Thank you for everything...
