I look at your picture and wish I could die
I read your letters and feel the emotion
I play back the memories and see our devotion
I play the song you dedicated and sit down
I rock back and forth as I sit on the ground
I wonder where you are every single minute
And think about your love and how I couldn’t win it
You said that you loved me and broke me
You turned your back and it was ugly
I grabbed the knife and began cutting myself
I couldn’t deal with all the ***** that I felt
The scars remain, but you’re somewhere far
I remember us kissing through the window of your car
I wrote poems about my love for you
And how no other person could ever do
I wrote that story for you to see
How much of an impression you’ve left on me
But what did I get for caring for you
A broken heart I can’t repair because of you
But for some reason I still stick around
Because one day I think you’ll be found
We’ll see each other again and we’ll go home
But until then I’ll be here all alone
I’m stuck here think of you
And how it would be if I didn’t meet you

wow, that was awesome. It seems like the type of thing that'd be hard to explain in any way other than a poem.

great job.
