I carry inside my soul some sad, true, pain secrets that I cannot let loose
It hurts still but I have become numb to the pain
For I have thought about the subject to it has brought me to tears

I want to move on but I am stuck

They can't haunt u unless u let them. We have to find forgiveness even to our selves.
I know it's hard but it possible to learn how to forget.
Very well written and hang tuff 'cause u will get there.

One must learn to forgive and forget. I know it's easier said than done. Time heals all wounds. May u see much brighter days ahead. A very well expressed and penned write.

boy i know that story all to well and i think we even talked about it yes its hard to bury feelings and when you think you have something comes up to give birth to those thoughts i hope your doing ok friend good write
