my chest is burning,
my heart is breaking,
my soul yearning,
my body's shaking
my heart:
hollow,
dead
no one wants it
so it just bled
disembodied
left for the lost
left for someone who wants it
given away at any cost
nothing special
just a customer
looking for love
looking for what we were
finding none of the above
yet, intentions are so pure
she only needs love
too much to ask for?
should she just give up?
or let her heart be tore
once again
just like before
no one wants her love
let her dull words hit the floor
re-opening her wounds
leaving her body sore
rain washed away the blood and tears
in a roaring downpour
there's nothing of a heart to break
this girl will love no more
