Just you and me
Doing everything together
As happy as can be

You always wanted to be my partner
And spend the weekend at my house
We'd play with dolls and the trampoline
When it was time to go we'd both whine and pout

So many good times we've had together
From our childhood
Lawn mower guys, Chineese road rage
And those 10 marshmellows sure were good

But now those memories
Are so far back in my mind
It's been so many years
Such a long time

You used to tell me everything
And I would do the same
But today when I asked you if you wanted to hang out
You said you had plans for after the game

It's not the first time you've hurt me
You've done it so much before
The guys you've seen and the things you've said
And what you do behind closed doors

I thought we agreed that guys
Would never make our friendship end
But all I know right now
Is that I miss my best friend

Aww...it hurts when your friend starts to drift...I know that from experience...

Great poem, it really touched me.

Really touching, but I don't think that this guy is coming between you and your friend.. She (and you) need time with guys too, I think...
Just my humble opinion..
Nice write tho...
