This Teardrop, This Truth

I saw the world in a teardrop
A kaleidoscope of thoughts, hopes, and pain
And but one teardrop in the world
For all else paled in its own insignificance
All her all to this small child
As she watched it shatter to her attic room floor
A portrait of thoughts, hopes, and pain.
