[bodytext] => Every year, from the time we can remember. We've always been around family. Yet at one certain age we realize... Somethings Missing. So we watch the stars upon your trees be lit, Presents build up under our tree. And yet year round, we grow older still missing that one thing. Still Can`t Find It. School years pass us by, and it`s time for Christmas once again. But now that we've grown to know what life can hold, We start to see that missing piece, just above our hearts. Love From Another We Wish To Hold. Yet every year I'll continue to sit alone. Sit watching Christmas unravel, waiting for a new year to pass. And I close my eyes still missing THAT one thing. Tears fill my eyes as I see more and more of people who have someone. And I`m lost in a world with love all around, But no one seems to find me as I pass by. So I'll sit on the floor, and listen to stories. Open presents a little early. And know that Christmas is about God Above. And I'll know, that God didn`t really look out for I. As I cried, and lied, and hurt to know that now I must really see, there`s no one out there for me. We'll grow old in a circle of life, love and free will. Few will have that one to hold on to, and move on, On to what they make... But I'll stay right here, at the bottom of it all, hoping one day. One year, someone will see me. Take My Hand... And I won`t be Alone, Alone for the Holidays [comments] => 0 [counter] => 676 [topic] => 18 [informant] => ThroughThEEyeSOfPaiN666 [notes] => Edited for spelling as requested by mod_6...19-01-06 [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => Holiday Poetry )
