Jesus is there holding your hand.
A rose for a rose I bring
to make you smile, my friend.
Can't be right by your side
But many prayers for you
each night.
God will keep you safe from harm
Hold you tight in his luving arms.
Just know my thoughts are there too.
You're a great friend for ever true.
Your kindness puts a smile in my heart.
Always there from the very start.
So smile and get well real fast.
Our friendship will definently last.

Hi Emy,
Yes I did make it, and it was close too. On May 13th I had my surgery, five days later, after complaining of being sick for each of those five days, they did an x-ray, and my bowel perferated right after the surgery, and my body filled up with air and I had peritinitis, I looked like the stay puff marshmellow man. I got cleaned out on the 19th Of May, then it was up to me to live, and Idid, but I had been in the hospital for 3wks, went to a rehab. hospital to learn how to walk, get my strength, and I did it. I am glad your're my friend Emy, your prayers and spirit of support and the people you affect, just bring so much hope and love to them. Thank you, and Yes, I just had my bag removed on the 5th of Oct. and now my insides are doing better. I am a walking miracle since the 19th of May, I should not be alive, but with Gods Grace in having Angels like you there for me, I know I can get thru anything. Love to you, my dear friend Emy,

It sure feels good to be walking again. I went from a wheel chair to a walker, to a cane and now on my own. great to be alive and loving life as I can, as God Will it. Thank you all for all of your support thru Emy, she is just a loving Friend indeed.

| Thank YOu again Emy, as usual you always are there when someone needs an uplifting word. You have a beautiful soul and heart my dear Emy. Thanks for being there. Its lonely without my baby boy now, Baby Dew, so your kind words always mean more to uplift my spirit. He died two weeks after I got out of the hospital my last surgery. He is missed. ^^Need I say more? I think you summed it all up right there Emy, except you weren't referring to yourself, but I am. With kind spirits such as yourself on her side, it's no wonder she won her battle...Thanks for sharing this Emy : )

i have to admit, when i first came to this site and look at some of the poem titles, i didn't take you seriously but this poem was so moving and so powerful, it definately proved me wrong.

Have i told u i simply love your poetry? the feeling of warmth and hope i get from it? well i do. Your writting is excellant, u show through in every poem u write, and it moves the heart in a beautiful way. your style is second 2 none and it's simply beautiful in such a simple and honest way.
