For when you have something real to say
So the substance doesn’t slip away
Or rot the cavity
And turn to tooth-decay
If it’s the message
That you wish to relay
Think of something intelligent
Before you submit it on its way
Make it appropriate
For the sensitive eyes
The pervert of the day

The class clown
Raises his hand
Without putting thought
Into the flashes that cross
Across his mind
He can not find
An appropriate means
To tell the class what he means
He means, no harm
Or so it seems
He is just obnoxious
No gloves
No Vaseline
Gives it to you straight
And hopes to get a laugh in-between
An intermittent smile
A chuckle
A high off sniffing gasoline
A two-week suspension
On his permanent file
As if he acted so obscene
As if he offended
A viewer
Who he himself
Is disturbingly unclean

Bite the bullet
On this one
Pull it and tug
Until the carpet muncher rips off the rug
When the prophet
Learns how to share the love
Then he may speak
As if he rules from above
Striking down his opponents
Without a fair trial
With no theory
Lack of motive and agility
Bendable body
It hurts for a while
Nimble until it stings somebody
Till’ cracks are heard
And backs are burned
Fingers dismembered
And nipples turned
Squeezed dimples
On the face of the lord
Give him a name
A peace-accord
This is all a joke
There is nothing in here I can even afford

How did this get back to me
We were talking about you
We were reminiscing
Of missing
And longing too
Fetter the links
Better and better
Wink, wink
As time never blinks
And the sunshine always sinks
Into the horizon
For the other-side of the world to enjoy
And think
And rejoice
And over
And out

no who would say such things of crap like eminem making up a rebuttal rap
well if you dont like me or what i've written
dont read my words and you wont get bitten
you wont be left in lyrical dust
or be overcome by your lyrical lust
so i'll save not my words but speak
when and what i feel
your the only one making this a bid deal

You write well but the moderators are only trying to do their job so maybe you should walk a few miles in their shoes. It's a bit of a thankless job if you ask me.

*thanks the moderators for doing a great job*

Tim

I don't agree with your title, that wasn't right...You wouldn't know, but I'll tell you something...that mod has been a fan of your work for quite some time, and didn't deserve the sarcasm...I know better. I know you didn't really intend it to be rude, like it came across, but you should've realized how it would seem, and it's uncalled for...truly.

I'm honestly quite tired right now, and have been way too busy with work related stuff to come on here the past couple days, and even too busy/overtired to be on here now...I had to sign in when I saw this though. It couldn't wait. Mod 16 is a person who hurts too, she is also very sweet, and caring, and you've hurt her feelings by posting this. Again, I know it wasn't your intention, but I had to let you know, just the same.

I'm not sure what's happened to you since Tuesday, but I'm reading explosively sad and bitter work from you suddenly. I'm sorry to hear that things are not so good for you (apparently...), but don't direct your bitterness towards those that don't deserve it. The mod's have a job to do here, simple as that.

Anyway, take care, and I hope things get better for you real soon. I'm sorry I had to display this publicly, but I made a promise...you know what I mean.
Be well.

Scorp.
(Who didn't find anything offensive in this poem, except for the poor choice of title)

I would like to thank the moderator for the “thankless” job she does. I in no way intended to belittle her job. This in no way was directed at her, or anyone else for that matter. I’m sorry it came across that way.

Scorp, if you would, please extended my apologies to her, I would be grateful.

Thank you to the Moderators and this site, for the service they provide is invaluable to so many.
