I close my eyes and people smile making time spent here worth my while no one knows who I truly am ignorant to them, my eyes open, I stand I then start walking in this moment of bliss now alienated from my city, I am dismissed I'm not sure where I think I'm going which is my favorite part, never knowing what needs to be done, and why I should care I found myself thinking with a blank stare so I ended the thought and continued walking nearing the top of the wall and the city it's blocking I'll reach my new city and begin spreading lies to the crowds around me, I simply close my eyes forever avoiding the sight of reaction...

| it started out happily.. a sight you could see in a dream, then all of a sudden, there was the loss, alone.. gone.. distant... and then again, you come back to a nice feeling, to just suddenly escape in your own happiness, its a back and forth feeling, but at the end, I did not like the lies part... I understand though why you, the speaker wrote such words.... Its one of those felt feelings.. RL |
