and then just me

alone, cold hands
hands shoved in pockets
eyes amazed with the ground
cold eyes
cold feet
the reason he doesn't know
to scared to tell
to ask
What will he say?
What will he think?
I've never cared
what others thought
until it's him
The I wish I was artful and gifted
just like those
who get the boys
