How can a people
condemmed by their own nature
Lift their eyes to a Lord
And pray for a savior
so undeserving in spirit
so ugly in sight
so perverse in their thinking
Yet so lost in the light
with no hope of salvation
and no chance of recieving grace
how can they hope for an inspiration
to come shining on there face

whow, this is quite something.
It's as if it was written for me cuz I have been
in the same position as the people that you
described.
Reading this made me feel almost guilty in a way.
