My Quiet Cry

I hear the quiet of my cries
The tears streaming along the way
Feeling as if my loneliness is my demise
Why hasnt God answered this prayer today?
The thorns of a Rose they do prick
How I yearn to seek a mate to share
So long in being the lone candle wick
To wish my scented heart with someone of care
I cry many nights, as in to the days
The passing of months and years now
Wondering if I really am so bewildered in godly ways
Why it should be so long in wait, for my time some how
Take me now, my heart is down
I rather die, than live with a heavy heart
Unbearable the coldness of winter bestows the barren ground
Making the golden rays dim, the body gives part
Please God answer my prayer
Five long years, no holding of love
The ole fashioned way I am, no one seems to dare,
My way, being pushed away, I ask thee for help above
Im sincere in my cares to that one male soul
I yearn to be held, to hold one so close
Not just in my heart but his physical being a goal
Perhaps we can raise our minds, to the true spirit we toast
Where is he? Why am I still alone?
I want so much to give my passions
Share all my little lifes possessions, be it they atone
The true meaning is inside my being, a life of compassions
Please dont let me cry no more
I ask for help in finding that true one
One that can understand the pain and love, which once tore
Looking for honesty, truth, respect, to that one mans sun
