Now if you see mommies tears falling real slow
Just know that she loves you, Robert 20 months old...
And if you see Daddy's eyes watered with tears
He's trying to be strong in his wise years..
Little robert so far away from us in miles
I hand you a pocket full of sunshine and smiles
Im not a religious one, but for you i'll pray
That tomorrow when you wake, your pain flies away...

Dearest Cookie, again my thanks for this lovely heartfelt poem, Robert's aunty Rita and I were very touched with the whole very special medley of poetry upon the day yours went out to the family, and also thank you for being one of the first to respond, Robert has been going through this for 2 1/2 months now, he is getting kemo therapy and his Mommy and Daddy read all the poetry in the hospital, I personally have never been prouder of; or prouder to be a part of; any group in my life, all the love, prayers, well wishes & poetry are helping one small family thru a very hard time, Robert's picture is now up in his forum thanks to Mick who is much more talented than I:)
