Every chance I have I ruin by taking chance too many A risk taker at begining No risks taken when i'm winning So I become content with the score which I've at hand I watch as my opponent begins to reprimand all that i've done, I hang my head I'm my opponent, I cause the dread which now I'm facing I grow complacent every day my heart is racing with hope of finding a way
To do away with all this trouble, all this pain
I'll find a way to burst the bubble I'm in again
And yes you'd think a bubble'd be easy to escape I'm bending in and out of shape, trying to find a way, back to the place where I began Back, with intensity I ran Back, when The Son and I saw eye to eye, And now I cry, because I see He still has a plan-
For my life. He sought me out- Now I'm winning again... May this time I take a chance at taking chances late in the game.

| Most interesting arrangement of stanzas and meter. I really enjoyed this. I especially love the meaning that you put behind this. Christ wants us to keep running the race and complacency is one of the hardest thing that a Christian has to face. Keep letting God control your pen! |

| I really liked it. All Christians have to fight complacency in their walk with God, so it's really easy to relate to. And I liked the how meter and rhythm were different, but not just random. |
