I found that in the end, you'll loose everything dear.
And ‘happily-ever-after' is only in children stories.
That you can't patch it all with 'I'm sorry's

I found that love is just a state of mind.
I found that fate isn't something that's pre-signed.
And that people will lie for the smallest things.
That most 'relationships' are just flings.

I found that waiting leads to failure
I found that you won't live forever.
And you'll lose more friends that you keep.
That secrets will be told no matter how deep.

I found that you can loose your life in a book.
I found that everyone deserves a second look.
And that in life there are many doors.
That there are many meanings of TRUTH, find yours. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 213 [topic] => 21 [informant] => Elayner27 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )

Yep there are a lot of truths in this poem.

The heart gets broken again and again before it finds true love. In the end it is those closest to you who hurt you the most. Yet I had rather get my heart broken then to wonder why i live life alone.

Well, I do not completly agree with your point. There isn't singular truth in anything. Besides life is zebra-like: black-white-black-white... So you hope...
Best wishes,
Alex
