[bodytext] => I am falling into a dark spiral and I can't get out. I finally started making my way climbing back to the top. Although now I have lost my footing and I am slipping, I am slipping really really fast. Nothing seems to be going right in my life. My happiness is deminishing and I once again am turning into a shallow shell of the person that I used to be. At one time in my life I thought I made it through, but I guess not. This is not me but I don't even know who I can or who I should be anymore, Everything is falling apart at the seams including my heart. I don't know what to do I tried to talk to some people didn't help me at all they said it's just one of those days, but it's not. Only I know how long this has been going on and no one but me knows exactly how I feel I just didn't know what to do.I just wish I knew what to do right now I am stuck in a rut and I am not good at climbing.
