Always there, but never noticed
Always getting stepped on,
Like I’m not supposed to be there
And not to be bothered with

I feel like I’m nothing,
Not even dirt
People walk through me,
And not around me
Like I’m not even there

I was so close only to find
Out that I was never free,
They locked everything
And threw away the key

I feel like I’m a mute,
When I talk, people tend
Not to listen or even care
The only one who can hear me
Is my messed up half,
The “other” me that people
Can’t see with the naked eye

I feel like I was brought into this
World to be neglected,
To be Emotionally Neglected by
The people who surround me within
The walls of my non-existent freedom

I was so close only to find
Out that I was never free,
They locked everything
And threw away the key [comments] => 2 [counter] => 217 [topic] => 34 [informant] => twitch06 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SongLyrics )

I am sure everyone has felt like this before, I to have had moments such as this, I hated it but I just hung in there, loved more often and decided that those people were not going to get me down. HugGLes. SLipSiX.
