Array ( [sid] => 10361 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Destiny's Love [time] => 2003-01-14 08:00:00 [hometext] => This is another Poem I wrote for my soon to be ex-wife. She left me for another woman because she "thinks" she might be a lesbian and she "has" to find out. She may still come back to me someday...for this I do prey. I have so much love for her, perhaps I am being a fool hoping for and wanting her back...who can say. If she ever reads this I hope she will see that my love for her is like the stars, sometimes hard to see but ALWAYS there and eternal.
So please offer your prayers for me and my wife, so that we may one day have a happy life together again with our children.
Thank you for any comments...good...bad...or other. [bodytext] => When first I laid,
My eyes upon you.
The heaven’s opened,
And the angels flew.

The heavens rejoiced.
Because we had met.
Destiny it seems,
Had finally been set.

Our hearts where joined,
And our souls become one.
On the beautiful day,
That we had begun.

Nothing could ever,
Stand in the way.
Nor could wild horses,
Ever drag me away.

I would crawl on my knees,
If that’s what it meant.
I’ll do what it takes,
To keep you content.

My soul was so empty,
Lost in the night.
Now the world just seems,
So beautiful and bright.

You are the better,
Half of my soul.
You are what makes,
My world seems whole.

Although you are gone,
And so far away.
I hope you are happy,
For this do I prey.

They say you can live,
If you’re missing some parts.
But when you’re gone,
You’ve taken my heart.

So goodbye my love,
And never forget.
We where meant to be,
From the day that we met.
