The whispers of winds
Both enemies and friends
Are pieces of puzzles
to interlocking ends

Down to the wire
The Life and the Fire
The heart beating thread
Connecting the choir

Release.

Learn to let go
The ebb and the flow
A clench is destructive
To that which would grow

Release the mind and
the soul will follow
Shattering the skin

You have a talent here. Remember the 3:1 comments to posting a poem though. You want more comments. Comment more on others writes. I really like this line

Release the mind and
the soul will follow
