she wishes that i had never said hi, or kissed her cheek.
maybe she wishes that i was dead, but instead she is in my bed.
her heart it beats so slow, like she is dying.. mine is fast, racing for this drug.
something just felt different, like i have never known her.

who is this stranger sitting across from me?
why are her eyes green and why is her hair blonde?
where is the love i once knew, i guess it flew to somewhere new.
your so secret, hiding in the shadows..i only know the perimeter of you.
after all, a broken heart cant hurt as much as they say, im gonna pay for this someday.

your grey, so i will stay.
away from your cruel and un-intentional curses.
arguement seems to never end, i will spend the rest of that day thinking.
she feels so different, her eyes arent where mine are..mine sit in this pile of *****.
throw a fit, i will admit to all.. to everything you want.. i will confess to this mess.

it is bleeding underneath my shoe, its blue and stale.
spread apart at the seems, torn perfectly...perfect like our love once was.
its insane how perfect this feels, perfect heartbreak..this makes no sense at all.
our hearts they fit so perfect as one, so the split was clean and quick.
it alright, everything is fine..i will still continue to see life, and mature with every expierience. Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
