rain falls down
across the land
just like mist
upon my hand.
sun comes up
from deepinside
just like joy with
no place to hide.
clouds will form
upon the sky
just like sorrow
when you cry.
you wake up
late in the night
just like an owl
taking to flight
you feel peace
your friends are near
just like a child
when feeling fear.
somewhere inside
there is a lift
from deep within
you have a gift.
inside your soul
there's so much light;
you can do it:
you'll win the fight.
just keep on going
you have a friend
who will upport you
until the very end.
