Had this feeling building up inside?
Waiting there, ready to kill?
Has your mind ever gone a mile a minute?
And it makes you go insane?
Have you ever thought you were losing your mind?
Ever hurt yourself to get rid of the pain?
Have you felt so alone?
That you just wanted to die?
Or been so deathly afraid
That you wanted to breakdown and cry?
Ever been caught in a question
Your whole life depending on it?
Die or live? Live or die?
Had a day when you just wanted to quit?
Does it seem like an easy question to you?
Can you even imagine how hard it is?
Do you know what its like to have this follow you everywhere?
Have something so scary have control like this?
Do I really want to die?
Or just end this awful pain?
Is dieing the only way,
To make me feel alive again?

Have you ever felt like the world is spinning?

Had this feeling building up inside?

great poem i feel like this every day i suffer with pannic and anxiety and deppression and this poem has the insite to what it feels like.
i love it
