that eventful night
She opened her door
what a beautiful sight
Her hair was red
her eyes were brown
The most exciting women
I could have ever found
My heart beat faster
as the evening went by
My feelings could not be hidden
as hard as I tried
She knew she had me
right from the start
I would dread every second
that we were apart
This wonderful lady
has changed my life
Making me so happy
by becoming my wife

I had a Blind Date

She opened her door
