My mind is open
but a door is closed
to the room of belief
I've tried to open it times before
but my strength is lacking and
people are pulling me away
away from the door I long to open
I need a hand of help
As do many of us
To help us open that door
We know where to turn
Who to run to
But we don't follow
We're scared to ask for help
For we could be wrong
or look weak
so this time I try to go along
and look strong

Listening cold-hearted to your words
My mind is open
but a door is closed
to the room of belief
I've tried to open it times before
but my strength is lacking and

away from the door I long to open
I need a hand of help
