Which has had not a bit of hypocrisy
For all the freedom that has been had
To make us feel very happy, not sad

All this time has passed
In a split second so fast
This has been a great path
Into everyone’s big heart

South Africa has been through it all
And has never had even a single fall
Many things have happened through the years
That has passed through each & everyone’s ears

This is a step in the right direction
To aptly remove severe rejection
We should all strive together
Through all kinds of weather

A decade of years with no real mess
Has made South Africa a true success
We should all try to improve this country everyday
And then it will be a new South Africa in every way

This must be a country with no separation
But must be full of truth and reconciliation
This country has enough diversity
To give us all a unique unity

This poem is for 10 years of democracy
Which has had not a bit of hypocrisy
For all the freedom that has been had
To make us feel very happy, not sad

All this time has passed
In a split second so fast
This has been a great path
Into everyone’s big heart

South Africa has been through it all
And has never had even a single fall
Many things have happened through the years
That has passed through each & everyone’s ears
