[title] => To See Nothing To Hear Nothing
[time] => 2004-02-01 06:45:41
[hometext] => Sometimes memories are best forgotton.
[bodytext] => It is my own choice,
To sit in a room of silence,
In a room of darkness,
To hear nothing,
To see nothing.
I threw away your pictures,
I have torn most of your letters,
I have forgotton your poems,
Yet everything I see,
Still reminds me of you.
I gave back your CD's,
I don't listen to your bands now,
I close my ears to "our" song,
Yet everything I hear,
Still reminds me of you.
I can't walk along the clifftop,
Nor can I visit the beach at night,
Not even during the day, Not without you,
Everything here, All the little hidey holes,
Still remind me of you, Of us.
We used to just walk together,
Do you remember?
hand in hand,
To our "secret" place,
I don't go there any more.
It is for the best,
That I just stay here,
Seeing nothing, Hearing nothing,
Making it impossible,
For anything to remind me of you.
