Ive got the standard
plastic smile
and ive got a strong urge
to cry
but ive got no one to cry to

Ive got a lot of face book
friends
where verbal diarrhea
pretends

Ive got a knife
that keeps calling out
my name

Oh please
someone pick up
my hope
and hold me
close
for i need some one
to help me
grow

still here
before
there is
nobody home
