I`m trapped in a sea of despair
My thoughts are neither here nor there
To keep my sanity, I must beware
I`m heading into treacherous seas
In my condition, it`s no place to be
I hope the kind of life I now see
Isn`t all that`s to be
I guess I`ll have to wait and see
What my future shall be. As the seagulls fly high in the air
I`m trapped in a sea of despair
My thoughts are neither here nor there
To keep my sanity, I must beware
I`m heading into treacherous seas
In my condition, it`s no place to be
I hope the kind of life I now see
Isn`t all that`s to be
I guess I`ll have to wait and see
What my future shall be.
