Its easier to give advice then take it. Its hard to believe that people can love you or want you to be in their life. This isn’t so much poetry like my usual - more just a late night write. Remember why your heart still beats.
Everything feels like its all turned to crap.
Like everythings wrong and youre in the deep.
You hate the mirror, the way your reflection stares back at you.
You wonder how anyone could bare the sight.
You look, you stare, you hate yourself some more.

You feel hopeless, like youre not doing your part in the world.
Tossing and turning, theres no sleep at night.
Thinking of better situations.
Thinking of life regret.

Asking questions like why did I do that.
You fill with hate more.
Wishing you could change the past.
Wishing you could change yourself.
Never believing the good in what people say.
Letting them in, and pushing far back away.

Friendships a memory, too many I’ve lost I can’t keep count.
Cut off from the world, hide away in four walls.
Locked away in another world.

I wish I could change the way people think.
I wish I could let them see how I view them.
Simple and pure you belong.
Kind and humble you are wanted.
Loved and liked you are needed.
Intelligent and wise your knowledge is needed to share.

A brighteness needed for such a dull gloomy place.
I dont believe on giving up when someone is in need
Push through your darkness, see how far Ill go.
Id push forward forever to help anyone see.

A smile that can be seen for miles.
Eyes that you fall deep into.
A heart thats sweet and full, it can bring warmth to any room.
Stranger, friend or family.
Ill help travel through the hike.
Be the hand to hold when fallen.
The shoulder to lean on when sad.
Pull the stupid face to laugh at when down.
The person you need whenever.

Humans are still growing and learning.
Love is needed.
Help is needed.

No matter how far they push away.
How many times ignored.
I will always be the help there when needed.
Theres a beauty inside you that no one else has.
Every moment you are here is a moment someone is loving you.
Loving you and needing you.
Dont let the voice tell you differently.
Overcome it.
Believe in yourself.
Even if you dont, i do.
Always.

On the days you feel like giving up,
Remember why your heart still beats.
Everything feels like its all turned to crap.
Like everythings wrong and youre in the deep.
