Life throws you curve balls
It gives you randomness
Like meeting new people
People you like, and some you do not
Inevitably life takes them away
The good times end and leaves you lost and searching for more

Today I say goodbye to friends
Maybe I will see them again
Optimistically I hope I do
But for the times I had that brought me laughter
I thank the lord for letting me share you if only for a short moment or two

Good luck in your future
But do not forget your past
You are one of the cool ones
Im sorry our time is over
You will be missed
