[title] => He Loves His Mary J
[time] => 2016-10-03 05:26:28
[hometext] => romance ... unrequited love ... dreams ... a co-write
[bodytext] => Angel with a golden pen woes the hearts of mortal men.
Yet none other beats as true as this one that longs for you.
Weaver of my dreams at night, keeper of the morning light,
this my love is ever growing, you pass by me never knowing.
Once again my love must wait, Is it you or is it fate.
A waiting smile on my face, not a kiss, no quick embrace.
Just a word, just your pen ... every now and every then.
Still I wait as you know for your precious ink to flow.
Sad it is to love in vain A sharp and ever aching pain
yet still, at night in quiet time I hold you close in dreams sublime
to feel your warm and sweet caress this lonely man can do no less
than love his Angel Mary J and wait until she looks my way.
Now through the mist and in a haze suddenly you see my gaze.
You never noticed it before, lonely now and at my door.
Tears clog my throat and fill my eyes, I can only claim surprise.
Thinking love flowed just one way ... now I wonder what to say.
Just say you love me
I love you
