destination: designated
destiny: designed, created
custom-fit, fashionably faded
insane but quiet, not too jaded
crazy days, smooth groovin'...got it made.
afraid of the light, hide in the shade
don't need nor want to go out and play
stayed close to stuck here, should never have strayed
eyes pried wide, slightly dilated
normal for numb, low for high traded
content to pretend i finally made it
descend ever lower to the depths i once hated
wallow in hollowness, willpower assassinated
reality rains down me, fully overrated
striving for insanity, can't believe i made it
cant pretend to that i don't like the madness i created
