With you, everything is the perfect kind of slow.
The kind of slow you never want to end,
the perfect kind of slow you want to last forever.

After waiting for months for this to change,
I never want to go back.
We were the average cliche,
best friends falling in love.
It was the perfect kind of slow,
waiting for you.
It was the perfect kind of slow,
when you first kissed me.
It was the perfect kind of slow,
when you asked me to be yours.
With you, everything is the perfect kind of slow.
The kind of slow you never want to end,
the perfect kind of slow you want to last forever.
