Undeniably the right thing to do, was the decision I had to make
I will myself to believe through fingers that remain crossed
had no idea how hard this would be to undertake.

I just feel lost.

I am supposed to not care, but I just feel lost.
Your decision was wrong and good intentions misplaced.
Angrily I proclaim and dig my heels in, be damned the cost.
Now, with a bitter taste of poison my soul is laced.

I just feel lost

These thoughts consume my days and invade my dreams, but I just feel lost.
Will this fog ever lift, will this angst without you ever subside
I fear this will linger throughout time, until day that is last
I have no choice I must prevail, to be true to myself, I must abide.

I AM LOST...

I am supposed to be strong, but I just feel lost
Undeniably the right thing to do, was the decision I had to make

I am supposed to not care, but I just feel lost.
