Eat up all your hunger,
burn up all your tears.
Meet up with your destiny
and learn to love your fears.

Take the day's you're given,
add them into years.
Then take your last 100 breaths
as Death, persistent, nears.

Taste the graven ashes
as you float into your curse.
Doomed to know you died alone,
and from there it just got worse.

Knock upon the gates of Hell,
don't bother to atone
for all the warm and hungry sins
that set your End in stone.

There you, a Simpleton, stands sure
where once a hole had grown...
a grinning, sinning empty skin
Unknowing and Unknown.

Simpleton.

Eat up all your hunger,
burn up all your tears.
Meet up with your destiny
and learn to love your fears.

Take the day's you're given,
add them into years.
Then take your last 100 breaths
as Death, persistent, nears.

Taste the graven ashes
as you float into your curse.
Doomed to know you died alone,
and from there it just got worse.

Knock upon the gates of Hell,
don't bother to atone
for all the warm and hungry sins
that set your End in stone.

There you, a Simpleton, stands sure
where once a hole had grown...
a grinning, sinning empty skin
Unknowing and Unknown.
