Did you ever seek inspiration
After a challenge from someone?
But no thoughts came into your mind.
Where does inspiration come from?

So I went and asked a painter.
I also happen to be one too.
He told me he dips brush into paint,
Then the canvas knows what to do.

I also asked a singer
Who could liven any song.
She said she opens up her heart
And her mouth just sings along.

I then asked a famous potter
How he comes to know today,
Just what will become tomorrow,
Of today's simple lump of clay?

He told me that what it becomes
Shall not be known until the last.
Just as the Master molds us now,
He never works too very fast.

So what about this writer,
Who simply doesn't have a clue,
Just where each write is taking me
Till the first word dries for you!
