And who am I?

Your eyes turning into rust

My lips turning into dust

The legends of change

The lessons of my life

It sure feels like a cage

When I am in such rage

I'm the dead mans daughter

As he sits there fading away

But so strong he turns to stone

He seems so confident while alone...

So it seems

My god! How did it all get so messy?

I thought it was all trashed years ago

It seems to get harder as I grow old

And I'm left alone in the cold

Did you do this?

Did I do this?

Did she do this?

No is the answer to all questions...

As I reckon

But tell me "daddy"

If I may call you that

Do you even ever realize

When I look into your eyes

How much I do love you?
