[hometext] => New Years Eve, These words were meant for a song. Prehaps someone else will enjoy....
[bodytext] => Driving slow, I watch the sun sink and
Tears fill my eyes bacasue I cant stop thinking
Reflection on the good and the bad.
The faces I've lost, those things I once had.
Walked with my head held high in those days.
We stood out of the crowd, they were all so amazed
Would never have dreamed it would have come to an end,
Now you ignore the all letters that I send.
Its hard to forget those better days
Iv'e got to leave it behind to find a new way
I have always wished you well
My new life without you, yes it hurts like hell
Noone should be lonely when things come new
But, I am here alone…thinking about you.
So lets raise up a glass to our newfound fate.
Now I choke it all down. It’s already too late.
Fast-foreward to midnight, as you laugh, sing and cheer,
You're also happy to know that I’m nowhere near
As your lips meet for that very first kiss,
Its your warm touch and taste that I miss,
The last few words that I have for you my dear
Is I wish you two…..A Happy New Year!
