We are never alone
Tho often we feel that way
A heart is always heard
When humbled to pray

The day always follows
The deepest darkest night
Take heart my friend
You are loved by the Light !

~~
Today we do not see
The reasons behind the pain
We do not understand why
A rainbow needs the rain

Like children we are afraid
When hope we cannot see
Trembling in the night
We cry silently

Hold on a little longer
You are safe in His hands
He knows your loneliness
Your fear He understands

Rest upon His shoulders
Place your despair at His feet
Soon the night is over
Morning dawns fresh and sweet
~
Then shall joy be fulfilled
Your bud of hope fully bloom
When God answers your plea
And happiness conquers gloom

God Sees

Today we do not see
The reasons behind the pain
We do not understand why
A rainbow needs the rain

Like children we are afraid
When hope we cannot see
Trembling in the night
We cry silently

Hold on a little longer

Then shall joy be fulfilled
Your bud of hope fully bloom
When God answers your plea
And happiness conquers gloom
