Hoping I'd not wake up too soon
To realise you have come home
While I lay in my bed all alone
The smell on your body
Of her sweet scent
Still lingers around you
Was it her attempt
To make it be known
That you werent jus mine
Maybe she hoped
Id find out in time
That you I had shared
For how long who knows?
But I thought your love
For me had jus grown
How wrong I was so
And who would have knew
The man that I loved
Was shared by the two
My heart ripped apart
Im dying inside
You were my life my love
And my pride
