Hold proud aloft your sword
Come sing with me
Of victory
Give praise and thank the Lord
But keep in mind
And try to find
Compassion in your heart
For others who
Stood tall with you
But now must stand apart
Although those men
Fell ten by ten
Their names for evermore
Shall cross our tables
Fuel our fables
And ring from shore to shore
They are the Great
Who met their fate
So others might be free
They are the blessed
Who lay in rest
Across a bloody sea.

The day is done
The battle's won
Hold proud aloft your sword
Come sing with me
Of victory
Give praise and thank the Lord
But keep in mind
And try to find
Compassion in your heart
For others who
Stood tall with you
But now must stand apart
Although those men
Fell ten by ten
Their names for evermore
Shall cross our tables
Fuel our fables
And ring from shore to shore
They are the Great
Who met their fate
So others might be free
They are the blessed
Who lay in rest
Across a bloody sea.

May they forever Rest in Peace
