is to find passion and love to late
singing with a "China mic
and this old American guitar,
a needful thing is to stay close and warm.

It all comes back, the reckless days
when We sold them "two for "one,
never growing up the way it was intended
the world made sure you are not who you were.

The gallant We strap on,
We found from some dirty gutter,
polish it and trying to make it our own,
shouting for attention, then passing it along
legends are so hard to hang on too.

The burden and bundle are heavy,
but reminders "mark our place,
celebrate in droves, kicking through the "clutter,

What I don`t want
is to find passion and love to late
