the delicate flowers to bloom

a quest for truth
ensues

sometime in the near
future brings a tear
a whisper is heard
a voice from the clouds
descends upon
the grass on the ground
the creatures in their homes
in fear
all the world
listens
in turn

empty threats
overflow with promise
all is encompassed
in generalities
broad definitions
gaping incisions
cut through-
cylinder tube
linking the chambers
of a broken heart-
with plastic glue
self imposed rules
sacrificial bruise
pain is the low cost to loose
proven onto who-
dares to ever become the fool
again

waiting for rain drops to fall
the delicate flowers to bloom
