emotions rage at war
battleing with a hollow mind
each corrupt to the core

fuelled by the last of spirit
the soul holds the frontline
a lonely soldier wounded first
he still survives scrapeing divine

this battle with no nearing conquest
requires some eye opening distraction
an angels break through baring peace
fly us away on your wings of affection

for only then this madness becomes placid
as the tear stained battleground falls at rest
and all that was vacant rises complete
